Eton mess er en befriende enkel sommerdessert, som absolutt burde lages! En kjapp versjon lager du i en stor bolle. Er du litt mer fancy er de superdekorative i glass av forskjellig slag. NYT! Og benytt de frukter og b\u00e6r du m\u00e5tte like best.<\/p>\n

\n1 dl<\/b> sukker
\n0,5 dl<\/b> Pecann\u00f8tter<\/p>\n

\n1<\/b> vaniljestang \/ 1 ts vaniljesukker

SLIK GJ\u00d8R DU:<\/b><\/p>\n

1.<\/b> Forvarm stekeoven til ca 135 grader, varmluft (ca. 150 grader over\/undervarme)<\/p>\n

2.<\/b> Pisk egg til skum i en kj\u00f8kkenmaskin, tilsett salt og sukker, 1 ss om gangen.<\/p>\n

3.<\/b> Pisk marengsen til den blir blank, luftig og fast. N\u00e5r du ser at alt sukker er oppl\u00f8st er den ferdig.<\/p>\n

4.<\/b> Benytt to spiseskjeer og form like store klumper med marengs, som legges p\u00e5 en stekeplate med bakepapir.<\/p>\n

5.<\/b> Se til at de er like h\u00f8ye og str\u00f8 p\u00e5 hakkede pecann\u00f8tter f\u00f8r du steker dem midt i ovnen i ca 1. time og 10 minutter for en myk kjerne (tilsvarende pavlova). \u00d8nsker du en litt mer crispy marengs (anbefales til eton mess) kan du utvide steketiden med 10 minutter.<\/p>\n

6.<\/b> Etter endt steketid skrur du av ovnen og \u00e5pner d\u00f8ren ca 10 cm. La marengsen st\u00e5 i ovnen \u00abtil t\u00f8rk\u00bb mens ovnene avkj\u00f8les.<\/p>\n

7.<\/b> Mens marengsen avkj\u00f8les pisker du krem og tilsetter vaniljestang\/vaniljesukker og melis. Ha kremen i en spr\u00f8ytepose og legg i kj\u00f8leskap mens du ordner frukt og b\u00e6r.<\/p>\n

8.<\/b> Kutt jordb\u00e6r og kiwi og legg i hver sin bolle.<\/p>\n

9.<\/b> Knus marengs i grove deler og fordel marengs, krem og frukt\/b\u00e6r lagvis ca. 3 ganger. F\u00f8rst marengs, deretter krem og frukt. Gjenta denne prosessen!<\/p>\n
