200 g mykt sm\u00f8r
\n40 g sukker
\n50 g melis
\n300 g hvetemel
\n1 ss vaniljesukker
\nOransje konditorfarge (ikke pulver)
\nSaltstenger (ca 10-15 stk)
\nMarsipan
\nGr\u00f8nn konditorfarge (ikke pulver)<\/p>\n


\n1. R\u00f8r sm\u00f8r, sukker og melis hvitt i en kj\u00f8kkenmaskin.
\n2. Bland inn hvetemel litt og litt og tilsett vaniljesukker og konditorfarge, til du f\u00e5r den fargen du \u00f8nsker.
\n3. “Pakk” deigen sammen med hendene og ha deigen i en br\u00f8dpose. Klem litt flat og legg i kj\u00f8leskap ca 20 min.
\n4. Ta deigen ut av posen, og del i 3 deler. Rull tre tykke p\u00f8lser og del disse i ca 10 porsjonsst\u00f8rrelser pr p\u00f8lse.
\n5. Form porsjons-stykkene til kuler og legg p\u00e5 bakepapir.
\n6. Bruk en gaffel og trykk ned kulene, slik at de f\u00e5r et rillet m\u00f8nster.
\n7. Brekk en saltstang i tre deler og benytt en av bitene til \u00e5 holde p\u00e5 plass kaken i bunn mens du stikker den andre ned p\u00e5 toppen. Da f\u00e5r du b\u00e5de “gresskarstang” + den lille dumpen i bunn, slik at kanen ser ut som et gresskar.
\n8. Legg plastfolie over bakebrettet og sett kakene p\u00e5 et kj\u00f8lig sted i ca 10 min (f.eks kj\u00f8leskap, matbod el balkong).
\n9. Sett ovnen p\u00e5 180*C og stek kakene midt i ovnen i ca 10 min. De skal ikke bli brune!
\n10. mens kakene st\u00e5r i ovnen kjevler du marsipan utover til en stor flate (ca 3 mm tykk), og skj\u00e6rer ut trekanter. jeg har benyttet en sandkakeform, men her kan du benytte hva du vil av redskaper for \u00e5 f\u00e5 n fin effekt. Mal bladene med gr\u00f8nn konditorfarge.
\n11. Ta kakene ut av ovnen og avkj\u00f8l p\u00e5 rist.
\n12. Fest bladene til kakene\/saltstengene med f.eks melis eller smeltet sukker.<\/p>\n
