\n50 g Sm\u00f8r
\n50 g Melis
\n125-150 g Hvetemel
\n1-1 1\/2 ss Melk
\nFondantfyll
\n50 g M\u00f8rk kokesjokolade
\n50 g Sm\u00f8r
\n2 stk Egg
\n1\/2 dl Sukker
\n1\/2 dl Hvetemel<\/p>\n

S\u00f8t paideig
\n1. Kutt sm\u00f8ret i sm\u00e5 terninger og ha en bolle sammen med mel og melis. Bland godt ved hjelp av hendene, til blandingen har f\u00e5tt en tekstur som ligner \u00abgrov sand\u00bb. Tilsett s\u00e5 1-1 1\/2 ss melk og pakk deigen sammen til en klump.
\n2. Ha paideigen i en br\u00f8dpose og klem flat (ca 3 cm tykk). Legges i kj\u00f8leskap i ca 10 min.
\n3. Mens deigen avkj\u00f8les lager du fondantfyllet. (Se nedenfor)
\n4. Ta paideigen ut av kj\u00f8leskapet og kjevle den ut p\u00e5 en melet overflate. Legg paideigen i en smurt form p\u00e5 ca 15 cm. Pass p\u00e5 at deigen er presset godt ned i bunnen.
\n5. Prikk deigen med en gaffel (slik at bunnen ikke bl\u00e5ser seg opp i l\u00f8pet av steketiden.
\n6. Stekes p\u00e5 ca 200*C i ca 10 min. N\u00e5r ferdig, sett til side. og skru ovnen ned til 180*C
\nFondantfyll og steking
\n1. Smelt sm\u00f8r og sjokolade i en bolle over vannbad. Avkj\u00f8les p\u00e5 benk.
\n2. Pisk egg og sukker til eggedosis, tilsett forsiktig sjokolade- og sm\u00f8rblandingen og til slutt siktet mel. Husk \u00e5 ikke r\u00f8re for hard, for ikke \u00e5 piske i hjel luftboblene i eggedosisen.
\n3. Hell r\u00f8ren over i paiformen og stek i ovnen p\u00e5 180*C i ca 10 min.
\n5. Ta paien ut av ovnene n\u00e5r overflaten s\u00e5 vidt har begynt \u00e5 sprekke. (Dette skjer ikke alltid, s\u00e5 det kan holde med steking n\u00e5r kaken har f\u00e5tt en spr\u00f8 overflate)
\n6. Sett kaken til avkj\u00f8ling en liten stund f\u00f8r servering.<\/strong><\/p>\n
