    Ingredienser til 2 pers 2 Kyllingbryst 6 Sjalottløk 6 Fedd hvitløk 3 ss Olivenolje 2 ss Worcestershire sauce Coleslaw 1/2 Fenikkel 1/4 Grønnkål 1/4 Rødkål 3 Gulrøtter 1/2 Gul el rød løk 4 ss Crème Fraîche 2 ss Hvitvinseddik 4 ss Olivenolje Saft fra ca 1/2 sitron salt og pepper 6 Mellomstore poteter Kylling: 1. Krøll sammen et ark av bakepapir og fukt dette under springen. Legg så dette på et stykke aluminiumsfolie. 2. Krydre kyllingfiletene med det du har/ønsker (timian, rosamrin, paprika, chili og gul karri). Brun disse på hver side før de legges på bakepair sammen med sjalott- og hvitløk.
