Feta Conchiglie-Pasta with Squash

Ingredienser til 2-4 stk
Tidsbruk: Under 30 min

250 g Conchiglie (Liten øreformet pastatype)
1 Squash
65 g Baby Spinat (liten pose)
150 g Fetaost
1 neve persille
1/2 Rød Chili
2 ss Kapers
1/2 dl Jomfruolivenolje
Salt og Pepper

Forlag til tilbehør:
Server gjerne med rykende varme scones el rundstykker. Ønskes et mer fyldig måltid kan du steke filet av kylling, svin el storfe.


1. Sett på en kjele med vann. Ha i salt og pasta når det koker og kok i 5-7 min.Renn av vannet og ha på litt olivenolje
2. Skiv squashen på tvers med f.eks. en ostehøvel. Skyll og tørk spinaten godt før du deler i passe store biter.
3. Hakk persille og chili.
4. Bland pasta, spinat, squash, perislle, chili og kapers i en bolle. Ha på serveringsfat.
5. Smuldre fetaost og dryss rikelig med Jomfruolivenolje over før servering.

Tips!
